Your password is stored in encrypted form and is never accessible to our team. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5.1 The Application integrates third-party AI services to power its features. While we apply content moderation to minimize inappropriate outputs, we are not liable for responses generated by these services that fall outside our control. We continuously work to improve the safety and quality of AI-generated content within the Application.
6.1 You may request the deletion of your account by contacting us at support@roleplaypassion.com. Upon request, your personal identification data will be permanently deleted or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe.
6.2 Anonymized data, which can no longer be used to identify you, may be retained to improve the Application and its safety systems.
6.3 We may retain data where required by law, to resolve disputes, or when necessary to protect the safety of our users. Data will only be disclosed to authorities upon a valid legal order or court mandate — we do not respond to informal requests.
6.4 Accounts that have been suspended due to violations of our Content Guidelines are exempt from anonymization and deletion requests. Their data may be retained indefinitely and may be disclosed to competent authorities when legally required.
7.1 By using the Application, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.
7.2 You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at support@roleplaypassion.com. Please note that withdrawing your consent will result in the termination of your account and the anonymization of your personal data in accordance with section 6 of this Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the RoleplayPassion application ("Application") and access to its content. By accessing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any aspect of these Terms, please do not use the Application.
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to access and use the Application. The content of the Application is intended for adult users only.
1.2 You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account in the Application.
1.3 By using the Application, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2.1 The Application may contain materials not suitable for minors or sensitive individuals, including but not limited to explicit images, videos, and texts.
2.2 You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your own behavior and for the content you access or contribute within the Application.
2.3 You agree not to share, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit the content of the Application for commercial purposes without express authorization.
3.1 The Application may offer in-app purchases and subscriptions. All payments are securely processed through Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms of service.
3.2 Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
3.3 Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact us at support@roleplaypassion.com. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our refund criteria.
4.1 The personal information we collect is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication of the revised Terms. Your continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
6.1 The Application is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6.2 Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
7.1 These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and RoleplayPassion regarding the use of the Application.
7.2 These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your country, without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions.
8.1 All non-playable characters (NPCs) available in the game are of legal age, over 18 years old. Your character, which you are roleplaying, must also be of legal age.
8.2 If you roleplay a character who is portrayed as a minor, we reserve the right to ban your account without prior notice.
8.3 We may cooperate with government authorities or law enforcement agencies when required by law or when necessary to protect the safety of our users. Data will only be disclosed upon a valid legal order or court mandate.
